This could be a cool tool if it was more accurate. I’ve put in several addresses and the numbers just don’t mesh. For instance, my sister’s house in Oregon was caught in a wildfire path last year and they were forced to evacuate. According to this site, the fire danger for their address is low. They had the flooding very high for my mom’s address, which again is incorrect, etc. But it appears that it’s correct for my address.

Seems like some type of insurance scam, have someone do ‘independent’ research then use it to justify big rate increases.
