Sure enough a Judge denies the plan 2 days after the election but the damage is done. But wait there’s more: Now the Democrats will toss it to the Supreme Court for validation knowing that whatever decision the court makes is a win for the party. If the Supreme Court says the lower court was correct then they will cry and whine about how bias the conservative court has become because of Republican appointments. First Roe vs Wade and now this? If the court says the plan is ok then it’s also a win for the big guy.
