Police arrested the man they believe is responsible for punching a 19-year-old fast food worker in Antioch last month, causing her to lose her right eye.
Antioch police said Monday afternoon they’re about to book 20-year-old Isaac White-Carter, who was arrested in Hayward.
On Nov. 12 at the Habit Burger in Antioch, Bianca Palomera tried defending a teen with special needs who was being bullied, allegedly by White-Carter.
As shown on surveillance video, the man police say is White-Carter turned and punched Palomera at least twice – once in the eye, which was so badly damaged, she needed surgery. Eventually doctors recommended removing it.

Seems I remember there being 2 others involved even though he was the one punched her. First, I’m glad he has been caught and hope he gets more than a “naughty, naughty” finger waving sentence. Next I would like to hear that his friends got some kind of comeuppance as well.
Hopefully he gets a celly with my peculiar but stalwart moral compass, grappling acumen and intense, equal-opportunity libido.

This man has no pride or shame. Parents should be raising their children to be good citizens. Our schools should be teaching our students on how to be productive, law abiding citizens. But they arent. We should have a community board for every city where pictures of citizens with their descriptions, addresses and familys names to be posted. Maybe shame and ridicule is what is needed.. Also allow citizens to comment. These criminals need to know that the community’s they live in do not approve of their behavior. Post every arrest, drunk drivers, domestic violence, rape etc. Put it all out there for everyone to see. Then put them in jail.
