Port Chicago Highway by Militay Ocean Terminal Concord (near the Town of Clyde) is shut down due to flooding.

They are escorting cars once per hour through the base to Bailey Road.

A few vehicles have already gotten stuck.

Interestingly, the state of California still considers that we are in a severe drought and are under emergency drought orders. Makes sense?

Even if every reservoir is over flowing, we will always be in an emergency drought. California politicians get away with murder. Nothing to see here super majority…🤡🌎

I don’t care how much rain and snow we get they will never say we are out of the drought.And they will continue to raise rates to ridiculous amounts.

I was doordashing last night and had to drive through that. Hope my car is ok it was very late at night and I couldn’t tell how deep it was.
