The United States Marshals Service arrested a suspect in connection with the attack at a Richmond BART station that left a male victim unconscious on January 2, according to BART Police.

The suspect was identified by police as 45-year-old Daniel Jamin Nettles Sr. He was arrested by the Marshals Service at a home in Martinez.

The suspect was wanted for attempted murder after he allegedly knocked out the victim and kicked him twice in the face.

Nettles has been interviewed by investigators and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility.

The suspect was identified in part through video surveillance footage from a camera on a train. That image led to other photos which were used to confirm his identity, according to BART Police.

DABecton knows this. She doesn’t want to do it. She has some other ulterior motive that her funder, George Soros, has. I personally think it’s too deeply hurt the country

He looks a heck of a lot older than 45. Drugs will do that to a person, but the Dems want to supply them with the paraphernalia, and make it easier for them to shoot up.

He was sentenced to 8 years in prison previously for pimping. I guess he still hasn’t been reformed…….

Did he pay for a ticket to get on the system? Depending on his ‘priors’ the family should sue the county for damages. Just like the liability laws they are coming up with for guns. The DAs wanna leave dangerous people on the streets, you get hurt by them, sue the DA.

Yes it’s about time we hold DAs and judges responsible for the crimes and violence they are inflicting on innocent citizens. I remember when those two professions were respected and looked up to. Now they’re no different than the low life criminals they love and support.

Being cynical about DA Becton, the suspect will be allowed to plea down from attempted murder to assault.
.
… wait for it.

The Fearless Spectator February 8, 2023 - 9:14 PM - 9:14 PM

And from assault down to unpaid library fines.
Soros draws the line at unpaid library fines.

Is this the same guy who got arrested a while back for shooting an AR from a moving vehicle at somebody in Richmond ?
