At this point I would put “add or subtract a US state” before CNWS development occurring.

You’re getting close. Brookfield is now asking for up to 48 months instead of 24 months from the date the term sheet is accepted to when construction will begin.

They should build a racetrack. A place where people can race their cars, burn rubber, and spin donuts. It might help alleviate the illegal sideshows. When I was a teenager, there was a drag strip in Half Moon Bay, we went there just about every weekend and raced our cars. It was a lot of fun, and kept us out of trouble.
Local municipalities have made if illegal for kids to have fun with their cars, they can’t even enjoy cruising the boulevard anymore. Kids that have nice cars, want to enjoy them, and what would be better than a place where they can do it legally? They can use metal detectors and screen the participants to keep out the riffraff.

Agreed , as a youth I raced my Olds at Baylands on grudge nights. Raced short track on motorcycles all over Nor-Cal , those places are few and far between now ,

DAWG, Because we don’t have enough noise pollution. Why don’t all you wanna be race drivers get together pool your money and build a track far away from the rest of us. I would love to bring my bike with the cards in the spokes and voom voom around your track but sadly I am not 10 years old.

@DAWG….It used to be the same at Fremont Dragstrip(later Baylands Raceway Park) in the 60s/70s. Friday/Saturdays $2…”Run what you brung”. Fun times!

You’re all wrong, we still have plenty of “Drag Races”! They’re all racing each other to our Schools and Libraries to get their hands on our kids as soon as possible!

Will be reading key parts of it all. Want to go to this meeting to listen. It will take lots of coffee today. Instead of green beer, like a lot of folks like, I’ll have to drink coffee and look over many different documents.
Happy St. Patrick’s Day.
