- Yosemite Ct. Cause Harm/Death of Elder/Dependent; Threaten Crime With Intent to Terrorize; Prevent/Dissuade Victim/Witness; Damage/Destroy Any Wireless Communication Device. A 29-year-old Clayton male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service. He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking. (05/16/24 – 1741 hrs.)

far too few civilians realize what constitutes and qualifies as Elder Abuse.
Wondering what Vehicle Code Violations would send someone to jail. Interesting. Maybe there’s more to the story, like drunk and disorderly?
