The Concord shoe thief has struck again (see video above), and unfortunately, he returned to the scene of the crime where he stole multiple pairs of shoes in July, according to the homeowner.

This morning, the unidentified shoe thief, who always wears a mask, stole three pairs of shoes.

He’s taken shoes from at least one other home (see videos below).

If you want to keep anything, keep it locked away.

Nothing left outside overnight is safe from theives.

There is no prosecution of theives.

You’re on your own, so if you lost your shoes, there is no one the blame but yourself.

This is the new normal.

Yep! Especially after the first one and you put more out for him. Don’t put cat food out if you don’t want them to return.

I’ll shame the thief instead of the victim.

Tsa September 21, 2022 - 9:14 AM - 9:14 AM

Solution = don’t leave your shoes outside or anything else you don’t want stolen or destroyed. It’s not rocket science…

What size? This could help the community catch him.

Simonpure September 21, 2022 - 10:20 AM - 10:20 AM

Community…LOL. sounds like part of Kamala Harris’s word salad yesterday.

Sorry to hear you lost more shoes. My guess the thief might have thought is was Christmas with the light decorations. I’d lock your shoes up.

Wow!! This guy has a serious shoe/foot fetish!! I wonder what else he may have at home(???)!

Dawg September 21, 2022 - 10:18 AM - 10:18 AM

Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

If you must keep your shoes outside, you can get a lock box and bolt it down. Then a thief will have to work in order to steal it, and most grab and snatch thieves don’t want to work at it. Or leave them outside in the backyard.
A better idea is to bring them into the house.

Sam Malone September 21, 2022 - 10:20 AM - 10:20 AM

Why to they keep putting shoes out to be stolen?

Schmee September 21, 2022 - 10:21 AM - 10:21 AM

Who leaves shoes they care about outside. Sun damage, water damage and mold from condensation, spiders, and theft are all things that would worry me You obviously don’t value your shoes at all so why cry when they get stolen.

Indoor Shoe rack? …. Works for us.

Prediction: If caught, will turn out to be what most would consider an upstanding citizen in the community; one that has hidden a long time fetish that has gone toward mental disorder.

If you want to keep your shoes outside of the house, keep them in the backyard or the garage where they’re less visible. Common sense and good judgment, especially after you’ve been ripped off in the past. This guy is probably homeless and wearing the shoes himself or sharing with his buddies.

jprcards September 21, 2022 - 11:47 AM - 11:47 AM

What a complete loser! Stealing shoes?!? Really?!?

Captain Bebops September 21, 2022 - 11:58 AM - 11:58 AM

People from different cultures like India keep their shoes out of the house for religious/spiritual reasons. It probably had to do with shoes tracking in parasites though some may feel barefoot may increase spiritual energies. And yes, some have it set up so thieves can’t steal the shoes.

I always wondered how people who leave their shoes outside deal with the spiders that crawl inside overnight. That’s enough reason for me to bring them inside.

Dr. Jellyfinger September 21, 2022 - 5:42 PM - 5:42 PM

If I get my shoes wet I put them in a nylon mesh/net bag (no spiders get in) and leave them on the BACKYARD deck to dry in the sun, but I don’t leave them out at night to get wet again.

I have video footage of a similarly dress individual checking cars on my street carrying a gas can. This happened early this morning about 3 o’clock in the morning.
