Contra Costa County Man Who Impregnated Minor Convicted Of Multiple Counts Of Sexual Abuse

The Contra Costa District Attorney’s Office prevailed in convicting 40-year-old Julian Chenychen on multiple counts related to the sexual abuse of a minor.

Chenychen and Jane Doe moved to the United States in 2019 and lived in various cities in Contra Costa County. On June 1st, 2020, Jane Doe was admitted to a local hospital in Concord and gave birth to a full-term stillborn baby. Doe noted to the medical staff at the time that she didn’t know what was happening to her body, nor did she understand she was pregnant.

Staff at the hospital notified law enforcement about the stillbirth.

Law enforcement officers detained Chenychen and referred the investigation to Antioch Police. After several forensic interviews with Jane Doe, and investigations by Antioch Police Detectives Kelly Inabnett and Brittney Crites, it was determined that the molestation incidents had been occurring for years.

The DA’s Office filed a complaint against Chenychen in 2021. The charges included six counts of aggravated assault of a child [PC269)], 11 counts of lewd or lascivious acts involving children [PC288(b)], and an enhancement of bodily harm inflicted during the commission of a felony [PC12022.7] – which is related to Jane Doe’s pregnancy.

Chenychen was convicted by a jury for his actions on all charges. He faces a life sentence without the possibility of parole.

Deputy District Attorney Chris Sansoe noted that while the crimes committed against Jane Doe in this case were truly horrific, she is currently in a supportive living situation that’s helping her heal from the abuse she suffered in the past.

So…… Parents are completely responsible for their children. This includes protecting them from danger and providing them the tools to grow farther than themselves. People like this “I believe” have surrendered their rights as humans and deserve nothing better than the worst humanity has to offer. I recently watched a talk from Konstantin Kisin (https://twitter.com/KonstantinKisin/status/1613830456243273730) about woke politics and the thing that was resonating was when he said if you had a choice between hitting a button to release a huge amount of Co2 and another day with their healthy children that there would be no real parent that would not hit that button until their hand bled. This is what we do and what we should do, this other crap is unacceptable. This person willfully gave up their rights and should be treated as so…not human.

I say, let’s have a prison party and have Juliarse serve as the piñata! Let’s also bring lots of bar soap to help along his washing up.
Glad he received a life sentence, it’s not often that that happens. Light sentences are one of the reasons victims don’t come forward. This type of abuse is a life sentence for the victims.

This is Contra Costa County, not Deliverance. Family reunions are not dating opportunities here.

This person will not last in prison. Inmates do not take too kindly to people who are child molesters.

You’d like to think that but in reality he will be housed with other inmates of similar criminal sophistication in protective custody.

The State is be responsible for his care, custody and control while in prison. Failure to exercise due care for his safety will lead to being sued and who wants to give this air thief money?
