The Contra Costa County Sheriff’s STARR1 helicopter is assisting Concord Police in the search for a missing juvenile between just northeast of Costco and Ellis Lake Park.
UPDATE: Police are using drones an conducting K9 tracks.
UPDATE: The missing girl is an 11 year old Filipino female. Long black hair. Seen on surveillance cameras wearing a pink sweater or sweatshirt, camouflage pants, white high-top Adidas shoes and is carrying a black duffle bag & blue water bottle.
She could be headed towards downtown Concord. County Connection and BART have been notified.
FINAL UPDATE: She has been found safe.

Hmm, doesn’t sound like a kidnapping from listening to a scanner, they are looking for a girl wearing a pink top and carrying a black duffle bag from what I can make out on a scanner app alot of resources for a missing juvenile 🤔

Sounds like she was running away from her parent(s) after a family issue.
