Another round of rain and strong gusty winds will arrive in Contra Costa County on Tuesday morning.
A high wind warning is now in effect for the mountains of Monterey and San Benito Counties.
Wind gusts in Contra Costa County are expected to reach 57-mph (at elevations below 900 feet).
Prepare now for the potential of downed trees and power outages.
Most areas of Contra Costa Could should see no more than an inch of rain, according to the National Weather Service.

Climate Crisis! Wetter and more frequent rain storms. Look for a vague bond measure soon to collect funds to fight this, with the money going to friends of politicians, the well connected and those needing to be repaid for previous favors.
