We need visa reform to put a stop to our visa overstay population. If an individual willfully overstays their visa, then they should be deported and banned from legally entering the US in the future. When we know that most visa overstays are males under the age of 50 from Brazil, China, India, Mexico, and Venezuela, then we shouldn’t issue so many visas to males under the age of 50 from Brazil, China, India, Mexico, and Venezuela. Every visa overstay in one year from each country where we issued visas to individuals should be subtracted from the number of visas we issue to people from each of those countries the next year, and continuing the same process each subsequent year.

We need asylum reform due to massive asylum fraud. If an individual has been found to have falsely claimed asylum, which is currently 90% – 95% of those claiming asylum, then they should be deported and banned from future legal entry into the US.

We need family reunification immigration reform that limits family reunification immigration to spouses, minor children, and in some cases parents, the orphaned minor children of siblings, and the orphaned minor children of adult children (orphaned minor grandchildren of the immigrant). The current system of family reunification where legal immigrants are essentially the ones choosing who we allow to immigrate into the US by allowing ever growing extended family members to immigrate needs to end. We need to drastically move away from family reunification immigration and move back towards the skills based immigration that we had decades ago. The needs of the United States should come first, not the desires and wishes of immigrants.

The fact is that the US government lacks the will to impose consequences on and/or deport all illegal aliens they have identified and/or have taken into custody, mainly because a president doesn’t want to, and because of the power and influence of the media and NGOs demanding only violent criminal illegal aliens be deported. From about 1945 – 1950 Allied Troops were involved in the forced expulsion of 13 million+ ethnic Austrians and ethnic Germans from territories that made up the pre-World War I (1914) borders of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and the German Empire to forced resettlement in the post World War II (1945) territories of Austria and Germany, by 1949 East Germany and West Germany. The US was involved in this forced expulsion post World War II, the mass deportations which took place during the Eisenhower Administration, and needs to once again develop the will to impose consequences on and deport all illegal aliens who have been identified and/or taken into custody.

Everything you posted may very well be true and correct yet it does not seem to matter to the voting public.
One can argue the value and reliability of political polling but Biden, if you want to look at it optimistically, is even or pessimistically, behind. Conventional wisdom says this should be a landslide victory for Biden the incumbent coupled with all of Trump’s baggage yet the polls are indicating this is going to be a horse race with a photo finish.
As a conservate leaning independent, Biden being even with or behind Trump considering all his baggage say volumes about how Biden is view outside of his base. It should give the Democratic party some pause for concern.

Since last year the media has widely reported that “only 4 of 44 Trump cabinet members have endorsed former President Trump’s third run for the presidency,” that was during the primaries and before he clinched the Republican nomination, the current number is about 15 of those 44 former Cabinet officials that have endorsed him.
What your comment does show us is the current divide in the Republican Party between “Establishment Republicans” and “Trump Republicans,” and likely tells us that should former President Trump win reelection this year, he shouldn’t make the mistake in a second term that he made in his first term, he shouldn’t and likely won’t nominate or appoint any “Establishment Republicans” to a future Cabinet. Yes, a New Yourk Supreme Court judge did find former President Trump guilty of civil fraud. The New York Appeal’s Court has already temporarily reversed part of the verdict in President Donald Trump’s civil fraud trial, which means that he and his sons can still run a business in New York and obtain loans from New York financial institutions. We’ll really have to wait and see what the New York Appeals Court says on the rest of the matter before them, should they decide to grant a full appeal.
