Oh no, how is the city of Martinez going to survive without extra revenue? Parking should be free all the time, just another money grabber.
Free parking? …. usually can’t find a parking place anyway
I love downtown MTZ. it is fun to hang out with my wife, so many cool shops and bars.
Ahem, they still need a parking garage for the jurors. That’s why parking is so hard there. But I’ve been told that the county and the city having arguing over this for years.

Did this start today? I thought usually it started the week before Christmas.
Yes Bebops they they have been arguing since the early 80’s
Now if you are a morning person that’s ca;;ed for Jury duty you can find parking behind the jail until 7:30 -7:45. Park and go grab a cup of coffee and one of the little coffee shops like States Street.
