For Hunter Biden, these aren’t audit triggers.

It’s unfortunate, but the “Greater Idaho” movement, along with the “San Bernardino County secession” movement, and “New California” movement, aren’t going anywhere and will never happen!!! The fact is that the Democrat controlled legislatures in California and Oregon will never vote to allow these counties to leave their states and take Electoral College Votes with them which would deplete the political power held by Democrats in California and Oregon, while expanding the political power of Republicans in Idaho. It would probably be easier to either pass a Constitutional Amendment or convince the US Supreme Court to reverse on decision their “one person, one vote” rule (that doesn’t exist) that the Warren Court created in the 1960’s, and instead allow the the Staes to return to the “Little Federalism” model of apportionment in the State Legislatures where we would be represented at-large in the upper house of the legislatures in districts that match the existing and/or future geographical boundaries of the counties and in population derived districts in the lower house of the legislatures that are strictly drawn within the geographical boundaries of the individual counties.

I have to admit, I’ve been impatient this month. My term in the Assembly ended on November 30 and I don’t become a Member of Congress until January 3.

It’s been frustrating to watch as the lame-duck Congress passed the Obscene Omnibus, a $1.7-trillion, 4,155-page slap-in-the-face to Americans who voted for change. The bill even names a “Nancy Pelosi Federal Building” and creates the “Nancy Pelosi Fellowship Program.”

I’ve been using the month of December to prepare for immediate action upon being sworn in. There is so much to do to restore sanity in Washington – as always, you can just reply to this email to share with me your thoughts on what we should focus on first.
