When I first got to the Bay Area, I was riding with a Realtor while house hunting. I commented on how brown the hills were and she replied “oh, you mean the golden hills of California?” I have always been amazed at how quickly the hills turn green after it rains.
The only part of the Kirker Pass drive I enjoy! So beautiful when they’re this green
