A gentleman never discusses his equipment while in public.

This will be unpopular here.

My opinion,
1) PHPD does not have enough.
2) PHPD should not have to share what they are buying with the public.

Reasons
1) If they cannot deal with the criminal today who are sporting bigger weopons etc, using cars as weopons, PHPD needs more.
2) If they share the inforamtion on what they have, then the criminals know the level they need to come in at to beat the PHPD.

Totally agree with Parent.
Think back to Columbine when a teacher died after bleeding out while they waited for paramedics to safely make access. Sometimes it does not happen and people need to be removed from the scene now.
PD needs more protection , not less

The Police need to be able to go home at the end of their shift, just like the rest of us.

Whatever it takes.

Cue hand wringing woke anti POLICE liberals.
.
Appears Venezuela has taken similar approach to CA DEMs, in reducing prison population.
‘Americans warned to brace for SECOND wave of Venezuelan gangsters coming over the border as country’s prisons as at least 100 inmates are RELEASED: ‘These are killers’ ‘

.
An why shouldn’t criminals want to come to CA, they can hide out where chances of deportation are low, can get FREE stuff at CA taxpayer expense and if arrested they’ll be back out on our streets in a matter of hours.
.
Liberal CA voters you created all this by electing DEMs ! ! !

But MAGA likes Venezuelans, remember:
.
Trump signed an executive order deferring for 18 months the removal of more than 145,000 Venezuelans who were at risk of being sent back to their crisis-wracked homeland. He cited the “deteriorative condition” within Venezuela that constitutes a national security threat as the basis for his decision.
.
“America remains a beacon of hope and freedom for many, and now eligible Venezuelan nationals in the U.S. will receive much-needed temporary immigration relief,” Sen. Marco Rubio, a Republican of Florida, said in a statement praising the decision.

And we continue to send Democrats back to Sacramento and D C.after every election.
How bad does it have to get in California before people finally get their heads out of their butts.

Whatever they get, honest and law abiding citizens should have access to. Why do they get firearms that even trained citizens cannot buy?

Californians do not believe in the 2nd amendment.

They should have access to no equipment that civilians cannot also acquire. The 2nd amendment should not be abridged.
