A truck containing portable toilet chemicals spilled its chemicals on the westbound hwy.4 offramp to Somersville Rd. in Antioch today.
The offramp is currently closed, and there is reported congestion on the Loveridge Rd. and Harbor St./Railroad Ave. offramps due to the closure.

The spill of a small amount of toilet chemicals is less of an impact to the environment than last week’s release by EBMUD of millions of gallons of raw sewage gallons into San Francisco Bay.
