…. I read depending on your desired level – between $200 and $250 per month! … wondering if they make it – that’s a high end gym!

As long as they DO NOT follow planet fitness’ woke business plan they might stand a chance.
Wish them well.

I’m glad they’re reviving that shopping center. It’s a great location and will bring more business to my favorite coffee shop, Contra Costa Coffee, and other businesses, although I still miss Nob Hill.

Some CrossFit gyms cost around $300 a month.
If they follow their lead, as long as they hookup with as many clients as possible they should do well.

Open 24 hours a day?

If so, then clients will be easy pickings for criminal activity.

They always had a card game going in back of the kitchen. Yeah the food was good too. I loved the big aquarium with the arowana fish.

WOW!!! You are definitely fancy if you can afford that monthly membership fee. Hopefully lots of folks from Crunch Fitness join Club Studio so Crunch can be less crowded, and hopefully less crowded in the upper parking lot as well because for some reason the spots along the wall are blocked off. But then again it’s California. It’s crowded any and everywhere you go here.

My guess is that the private equity fund owners of this gym did an investment analysis and noticed the large number of aging empty-nesters that live in the neighborhood behind this complex, many of whom are paying $750/year of property taxes on a paid off $2M house, so will have lots of disposable income.
